As chairman of the board of directors, Mr. Rahul Gupta leads the company with his extensive experience in the sector. Under his able and dynamic leadership, SCG Design Solutions has grown rapidly to attain newer milestones and the highest level of performance.

Sam is a consulting civil and structural engineer with extensive senior management and operational experience. As a Structural Design Engineer, Sam has been involved with the structural design of a wide variety of projects, including high-rise, residential, commercial, educational, hospitality, stadium, institutional and seismic retrofit work with some of the most recognizable architectural and developer firms in the world. As Executive Director- Structural Engineering, Sam directs all aspects of engineering production related to SCG Design Solutions.

Charu has more than over fifteen years of demonstrated history of managing the business development function working in the structural engineering industry. He is an accomplished and client service-oriented business development specialist with a proven experience to growing professional organizations. The experience spans across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare and industrial. As Executive Director- Business Development, Charu is responsible for the new business development, client engagement, identifying global strategic partners, business management, contracts, project controls, marketing and strategy functions within SCG Design Solutions.

Curtis Patterson is the Founder and CEO of Patterson Engineering, Inc. Over the last seventeen years he has been involved with the structural design of a wide variety of projects, including multifamily and custom homes, low and mid-rise mixed-use construction, and seismic retrofits with work both nationally and internationally. At SCG, Curtis provides help with the structural concepts and design, mentoring, and technical leadership to the team. Prashant heads the BIM operations at SCG. He has over 20 years of experience in Structural CAD & BIM of projects from various geographical locations. He is proficient and experienced in extracting schematic drawings, design development drawings, Tender drawings, shop drawings, construction drawings, and documentation for Architectural and Structural services. He has experience in various kinds and scale of building projects like Mixed-use, health care, residential, commercial, Institutions.
